No Guarantee of Results

While our goal is to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including business operations, market conditions, and implementation decisions.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable project agreement.

Any outstanding fees for completed work remain payable upon termination.
